Lowrey, Zaccagni & Powell’s purpose in the area of accounting services is to supplement the client’s record keeping ability. This involves determining necessary adjusting entries, review of the daily record keeping, training of bookkeeping personnel, and preparation of financial statements. We offer suggestions regarding accounting systems, alternative accounting methods and financing techniques. We provide many of our clients with accounts receivable and payable services including the generation of payroll checks and quarterly tax reports. Production reports are maintained by us for many of our service oriented clients.

Our auditing services consist of the examination of financial statements and giving our opinion, as independent CPA’s on the fairness of the presentation of the financial position and operating results. We use a constructive approach to auditing. Our goal is to combine the technical, practical, and business approach in each engagement.

Accounting and auditing services we provide include:

• Providing merger and acquisition assistance, usually in the form of purchase investigations and business analyses.

• Helping new and emerging business obtain financing by assisting the owner-managers in preparing financial statements, projections and forecasts.
